Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise-level payroll platforms (UKG, ADP, AX or similar)
  • Ability to manage payroll tax processing in-house
  • High adaptability and comfort working through process complexity
  • Willingness to complete required background, drug screening, and assessment

Responsibilities

  • Processing semi-monthly salary and bi-weekly hourly payroll
  • Managing payroll changes, deductions, tax filings, and payments
  • Reconciling hours, earnings, taxes, and quarterly/annual payroll reports
  • Generating and distributing payroll reports to leadership
  • Handling payroll inquiries, wage verifications, and unemployment documentation
  • Supporting audits, surveys, year-end processes, and special projects
  • Navigating a complex, multi-system payroll environment with maturity and independence
