The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Administration of bi-weekly payrolls Timely and accurately process payroll for a fluctuating workforce of full time and part time employees (tipped and non-tipped) using Paylocity and Toast Prepare and distribute standard and custom payroll reports Review, process, and reconcile time off requests and balances Work with our payroll provider to reconcile tax inquiries and/or discrepancies Interact daily in a professional manner with all levels of employees to address wages and benefits Assist employees in requests for employment and payroll documents Assist A/P Specialist with processing invoices Daily maintenance and reconciliation of event & catering sales Assist accounting & HR teams with miscellaneous daily, weekly and monthly tasks Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictates One Off Hospitality provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
