ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform employee payment analysis for employee reimbursements before payments are input in the pay system. Assist in reviewing, researching, and adjusting time records to ensure accuracy to complete payroll. Perform bi-weekly timesheet processing and labor costing at the end of the timesheet period. Reconcile labor costs to ensure all employees are paid according to hours worked. Review biweekly payroll reports for accuracy. Provide annual timekeeping training Perform review and follow-up of tax forms for annual tax forms requirement. Participate in special projects such as accounting software updates and audits Understand HR Policies that apply to timekeeping to assist with answering employee and manager questions. Cross train co-workers to support positions in their absence. Other departmental duties as assigned
