About The Position

The Payor Enrollment Specialist role focuses on managing the credentialing and enrollment process for anesthesia providers. The specialist will work closely with insurance companies, healthcare facilities, and internal teams to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations. This is a full-time position based at our corporate office in Addison, TX, reporting to the VP of Revenue. The role requires on-site presence during regular business hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare enrollment, preferably in anesthesia or related specialty
• Strong knowledge of medical credentialing and payer enrollment processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and healthcare-specific software

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with anesthesia billing and coding preferred
