About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking a Payor Contract Manager to oversee the financial activities related to the development, negotiation, and maintenance of all healthcare contracts. This role is crucial for assertively supporting sales growth by developing new contracts with payers and expanding services with existing payers. The Payor Contract Manager will oversee the entire contract process from pre-contract through post-signature phases, and will closely collaborate with internal departments to ensure staff are informed of new and changes to existing contracts. Agape Care Group is a regional leader in hospice and palliative care, serving patients across multiple states including South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. Requirements

  • Five (5) years experience in contract management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Healthcare Reimbursement knowledge
  • Contract negotiation
  • Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Understanding HCPCS, Rev Coding and fee schedules
  • Knowledge of Insurance Regulations
  • Reliable Transportation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
