The Role The Payments Solution Consultant is a high-impact, critical role within the Payments Business Unit (BU) that serves as the Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the North American Sales organization across Arrive. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth by focusing on the high-value transition to our preferred payments operating model for customers in the Urban Mobility services sector. You will engage extensively across multiple Arrive Business Units in the United States and Canada to support Account Managers in existing client relationships and collaborate with New Sales Teams on prospective clients. Your immediate priority is to engage directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to articulate Arrive's superior payments value proposition. This involves conducting deep-dive discovery, quantifying cost savings through financial modelling, and explaining how we can resolve key payments pain points for our clients in both Mobile Paid Parking (MPP) Card Not Present and the Unattended Card Present environments.
