Supports organizational payment and deposit functions in the areas of electronic services, card services, fraud prevention, and quality assurance activities. Completes all projects and assignments timely and in accordance with established procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll support both records management and payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience. Scan, index, and maintain records in compliance with retention policies and regulatory requirements Process returned mail and prepare records for secure off-site storage Support digital banking operations, including mobile deposits and wire transfers Respond to online banking inquiries and assist with member-related requests Assist with card services, fraud monitoring, and dispute support Audit and upload loan and account documentation Support quality assurance processes and internal compliance efforts Partner with internal teams to fulfill document and record requests What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Familiarity with financial services operations or willingness to learn Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or similar role preferred Basic understanding of regulatory/compliance environments is a plus Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Work Environment Hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote work.
