About The Position

The Login Management Assistant Team Leads (ATL) educate, unite, and hold accountable the members of the Login Management team. Team members look to you for answers to questions and escalated issues as you help drive team member growth and development. You coordinate with the team lead on the needs of your team and then take action to meet those needs. You lead by example as you submit quality work and hold valuable team meetings. You have a strong influence on bettering team members and enhancing current processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assign team members workload
  • Lead one-on-one and team meetings
  • Attend leadership meetings and report team numbers
  • Review your team members work and give quality feedback
  • Answer team members questions and follow up if necessary
  • Ensure team member success
  • Report issues and results to leaders and team members
  • Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
