Payments- Escrow- Paying Agency Client Manager- Senior Associate
About The Position

As a Client Manager Associate in the Escrow and Paying Agency Team, you will report into the Escrow and Paying Agency Team Lead and will be responsible for innovation, managing a portfolio of Escrow and Paying Agent relationships, and overseeing all aspects of account management. The Client Manager will work in collaboration with teammates and accountability for all aspects of the Escrow and Paying Agent transactions. JPMorgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS")â¯works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
- 2+ years of work experience in financial services
- Familiarity with legal agreements through past work experience
- Ability to excel working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment that requires problem solving and strong attention to detail
- Team player, proactive, multitasker, strong organizational skills, strong attention to risk controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners

Responsibilities
- Provide strong customer service by responding quickly and accurately to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Manage client accounts, including initiating payments upon client instruction while ensuring that overdrafts and operating losses are avoided.
- Review, action and approve account ticklers (reminders) in a timely manner. Ensure all account information is kept up-to-date and monitor account risks.
- Analyze legal agreements and supporting documentation from M&A shareholders to make decisions on funds release.
- Ensure all account activities comply with the relevant governing escrow and paying agency agreement and JPMorgan policies and procedures, including account documentation, callbacks, investments, billing, account setup, and account termination.
- Partner with Middle Office, Product Management and Sales to maximize new business opportunities with existing client base.
- Provide strong customer service by responding quickly and accurately to client requests, offering solutions to client needs and developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Participate in and lead special projects to improve process efficiencies and the client experience, including the timely and accurate completion of project-related deliverables.
