About The Position

We are seeking an experienced POS Lead to manage and guide a team of QA professionals in delivering high-quality Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment solutions. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing offshore/onshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 QA professionals, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
• Delivery Management
• Manage offshore/onshore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for POS and payment solutions.
• Customer Communication & Risk Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Technical Expertise
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and payment solutions.
• Manage lab/test environments, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
• Work on API automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.
• Track and manage defects throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide comprehensive test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
