About The Position

At Bally’s Interactive, our Payments Team makes sure the thrill never stops, ensuring our players can deposit, withdraw, and play seamlessly across all our North American brands. We’re looking for a Payments Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for online payments, and the drive to deliver a smooth and secure experience for every player, every time. Please note that this position has access to customers details – therefore requires employees to be able to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions Bally’s operates in. Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you love diving into data and finding patterns.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in online sports betting, casino gaming, or digital payments, you get the industry and its fast pace.
  • Solid judgment and attention to detail when managing player cases and payment reviews.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure, even when things move fast (and they do!).
  • A natural team player who’s always curious, collaborative, and eager to improve processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if the action calls for it.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year in online payments, banking, or financial operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in online gaming payments and AML processes is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor transactions and spot suspicious or unusual activity before it impacts gameplay.
  • Team up with payment providers to solve operational puzzles and customer queries in real-time.
  • Test and launch new payment solutions that make depositing and withdrawing even faster and easier.
  • Investigate and resolve player payment inquiries with empathy and precision.
  • Analyze chargebacks and disputes, because every number tells a story.
  • Look for smarter, smoother ways to enhance customer experience while reducing risk.
  • Collaborate with key players across Compliance, Fraud, AML, and Customer Support to keep our operations aligned and our players protected.
