Sales Operations acts as a cross-functional operational and analytical hub, responsible for supporting, retaining, and scaling merchants across all key stages of the merchant lifecycle. The function is accountable for data-driven decision-making, bridging Sales, FinOps, Risk/Compliance, Tech, and Business Development. The goal is to replace intuition with structured insights and enable sustainable merchant growth. This role owns merchant context, payment performance visibility, and operational excellence — laying the foundation for upsell, retention, and volume scaling.
