Help members find their way forward. As a Payment Solutions Specialist, you will work directly with members to resolve delinquent accounts by creating practical payment solutions and recommending loss-mitigation options across consumer, real estate, credit card, and commercial loans. You will play a key role in improving delinquency performance and reducing credit losses, while also contributing ideas that improve processes, automation, and overall effectiveness. This role is perfect for someone who’s empathetic, solutions-driven, and motivated to make a meaningful impact.
