About The Position

The Payment Processing Support associate is responsible for the following: Processing and distributing outgoing Accounts Payable vendor checks. Processing and distributing outgoing Workers’ Compensation and General Liability checks. Processing incoming Accounts Receivable checks for deposit. Prepping and imaging Finance and Corporate Accounting invoices and documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Minimum of two year of relevant business experience
  • Ability to reconcile and analyze information and mathematical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of maturity, discretion, tact, and ability to deal with confidential material
  • Attention to details
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Willingness to be a team player
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to be flexible to meet departmental needs, if necessary
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player
