As a Payments Operations Specialist at Agora, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how money moves behind the scenes while owning key day-to-day operational responsibilities. You’ll support client onboarding, monitor payment flows, and partner closely with internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support payment approvals, verifications, and checklist-based controls.
  • Monitor domestic and international transactions and flag anomalies.
  • Help process and verify payment approvals in line with policy and controls.
  • Act as the payments expert layer for Support and Customer Success teams.
  • Join client calls when operational clarification is needed.
  • Document payment issues and resolutions clearly.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly and meet SLAs.
  • Contribute to process automation and cross‑functional projects.
  • Investigate exceptions and coordinate resolutions
