Senior Payment Operations Specialist Description: The Senior Payment Operations Specialist supports enterprise payment operations by managing issue intake, conducting research across internal systems, and coordinating resolution with internal and external partners. This role serves as a central operational resource, ensuring payment-related issues are addressed efficiently and consistently while maintaining continuity across workflows and initiatives. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. Some of the specific duties are listed below: Manage and triage incoming payment-related inquiries through the shared payments inbox. Research payment, account-level, and transaction-level issues using internal systems and tools. Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners across the organization. Support payment-related account terminations, reconciliations, and follow-up activities. Identify recurring issues and recommend process or workflow improvements. Maintain documentation and visibility in order to issue trends and resolutions. Who we are looking for: Trend-setters.
