Our Pay Station Attendant helpcustomers through their car wash experience and answer any questions about the processes the customer may have. Requirements
- Experience: Some previouswork-related experience
- On-The-Job Training Available
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Service orientation
- Problem solving
- Mathematics
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions
- Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed
Responsibilities
- Greeting the customer with a warm, friendly, and inviting attitude.
- Assistcustomers in purchasingLimitless Wash Club Plans
- Trained as Pay Station advisor.
- Assistcustomer with package selectionif needed
- Cleans Pay station and Command Center Areas.
- Assistcustomers in purchasingLimitless Wash Club Plans
- Accepts payment and makes change.
- Keeps record of sales.
- Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and Services.
- Other duties as assigned.
