About The Position

Responsible for: Driver pay Deductions from driver pay (keeping accurate records of such) Logs & Driver Compliance Keeping drivers files up to date Collecting money on back hauls Ensuring all paperwork for trips are turned in (includes fuel tax sheets, logs, etc) This job description is not intended to describe in detail all the tasks that may be assigned but rather to provide a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of the position. Requirements

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry specific certification, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Canadian DOT regulations where applicable
  • 2 4 years of experience transportation beneficial
  • Knowledge of transportation industry and regulations
  • Analytical ability
  • Critical thinking for independent decisions and problem solving
  • Basic math computational skills
  • Written, verbal and interpersonal communication
  • Planning, organizing and time management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation software
  • Customer service acumen
