As a Pawnbroker & Sales Associate, you will help customers with short-term financial solutions while also assisting with retail sales. Requirements

Strong Spanish and English communication skills
A friendly and confident personality
Sales or customer service experience
The ability to build trust quickly with customers
Comfort using social media to connect with customers and promote products
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with jewelry, luxury items, pawnbroking, or retail sales

Responsibilities

Building positive relationships with customers from all walks of life
Buying, selling, and loaning on items such as jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles
Creating a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable asking questions
Helping promote the store through social media and community engagement
Supporting teammates and contributing to a strong, respectful team culture
Learning how to evaluate items and negotiate fairly with customers
