A full-time post-doctoral position in pavement resilience and pavement engineering is available in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing generalized damage functions for pavements subject to the impacts of sea level rise and climate change to support adaptation decisions, managing graduate and undergraduate students, writing technical papers and reports, and presenting research results at meetings and conferences. The project that the candidate will be working on is funded by NOAA Effects of Sea Level Rise Program (more info here: https://coastalscience.noaa.gov/project/coastal-communities-pavement-resilience-to-sea-level-rise-using-natural-and-nature-based-features/).
