We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician for our Nashville crew. As the Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. Job Summary Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets. Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform a variety of pavement maintenance tasks, including line striping, crack filling, and asphalt seal coating. Operate and maintain various equipment such as line stripers, crack filling machines, and asphalt sealcoaters. Work with a team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Stay organized, maintain a safe, hazard-free, and clean work environment. Be flexible with hours as we grow our company. Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager. Additional tasks as required Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING A Tennessee driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation Knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques, materials, and equipment is beneficial Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs) Ability to work well independently unsupervised Past experience with small engines (i.e. lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is helpful Strong aptitude for technology stack is beneficial Benefits/Perks Competitive wages with one of the fastest growing, industry disrupting companies in the US A challenging, fun atmosphere with a great team Training opportunities with advancement within the company Benefits may be available after a probationary period Company purpose statement is “to provide our employees with a workplace that is considered a vehicle for personal and professional growth”. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company. We provide high quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parking garages and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer asphalt and concrete repair, sealcoating, and crackfiling. Requirements

A Tennessee driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
Knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques, materials, and equipment is beneficial
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
