Requirements
- This is an OVERNIGHT position.
- This role involves conducting street patrols of sites all over San Antonio in a company vehicle.
- Must be able to hit multiple sites (70+) sites over the course of your shift (8-12 hours).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Non-commissioned Security Officer
- Active Texas Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Patrols and monitoring: Regularly patrol assigned areas across San Antonio, including building exteriors, and parking lots, primarily in a vehicle, but could include "dismounting" the vehicle to secure doors, pools etc. Observe and report any suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.
- Incident response: Promptly respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency calls, and take appropriate action. This includes assessing the situation, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
- Enforcement of policies: Inform violators of site rules and policies and, when necessary, evict trespassers while following all legal and procedural guidelines.
- Reporting and documentation: Create detailed and accurate reports of all incidents, irregularities, surveillance activities, and daily patrol logs.
