About The Position

Carry out all duties as directed by the Director of Security
or other senior supervisor. Responsible for enforcement of all hospital rules,
regulations, or policies affecting the safety and security of patients,
visitors, staff, or property.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred.
• High School or G.E.D.
• Valid NJ Driver's License required
• SORA New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act. Certification preferred.
• Observation and memory recall.
• PC skills including knowledge of keyboard for data entry purposes and familiarization with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong telephone and organizational skills.
• A strong degree of confidentiality due to the nature of some of the departmental business.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Present good image of Security Department.
• Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with patients, visitors and staff required.
