About The Position

Star Protection is currently seeking dependable and professional Patrol Officers for an active driving post . This position requires strong situational awareness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Patrol Officer is responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, monitoring assigned areas, enforcing site rules, and responding to incidents as needed. Officers must maintain a strong security presence while ensuring safety for tenants, customers, and property.

Requirements

Must be 25 years of age or older
Must have a minimum of 5 years of active driving experience
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License (out-of-state licenses are not accepted)
Must consent to and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
No more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years
No at-fault accidents in the past 7 years
No DUI/DWI convictions or major violations (reckless driving, hit and run, etc.) within the past 5 years
Must provide proof of valid liability insurance (Depending on Post)
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged periods of driving
Any MVR showing violations must be approved by management prior to hiring
Strong communication and report writing skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to respond quickly and remain calm under pressure
Must be able to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
