About The Position

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with benefits including health care coverage, paid time off, 401k and more. This position reports to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Greets patients, performs check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answers patient inquiries by phone or in-person
  • Provides patients with appropriate paperwork used to collect information
  • Makes updates to patient files
  • Able to keep important patient information confidential
  • Processes patient payment for products and/or services provided
  • Schedules and confirms patient appointments
  • Verifies insurance eligibility and referral status
  • Regularly check email, voicemail, PracYakker, Spruce, and any other communication systems and ensure timely responses to requests
  • Other duties as assigned
