Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a medical office, customer service or reception, preferably in a medical office.
• Bilingual capabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets patient/customers in a positive and helpful manner with a smile.
• Provides directions, information, and other assistance as needed.
• Provides intake/registration of patient in the practice management system.
• Confirms patient insurance eligibility and/or benefits.
• Updates patient information, collects co-pays, provides any necessary forms needing completion, and obtains signatures as necessary.
• Occasional travel required.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
