Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Support the centralized phone line team by managing and distributing all inbound calls for all Texas locations.
• Provide assistance to families when centralized team members are unavailable, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Manage scheduling needs for families, including but not limited to processing appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests
