About The Position

The Patient Support Center Supervisor is a pivotal role within Asembia LLC, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Support Center. This position requires a proactive approach to managing workflow, ensuring that all program requirements are executed efficiently. The supervisor will be tasked with delegating responsibilities among team members, conducting regular team meetings, and providing one-on-one coaching to Team Leads. A key aspect of this role is to monitor the quality and performance of the team, offering constructive feedback that fosters improvement and drives results. In addition to managing staff performance, the supervisor will play a crucial role in training and onboarding new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles. Collaboration with the Management Team and the Quality Assurance Team is essential to identify productivity gaps and address quality issues related to the program. The supervisor will also be responsible for creating team schedules, managing time and attendance, and setting clear goals for team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, physicians, and pharmacies, to establish strong working relationships. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate tracking documents and ensuring that all business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met. Compliance with HIPAA regulations is mandatory, and the supervisor will be expected to attend manufacturer meetings to support ongoing program development. Overall, success in this role is defined by the accurate and timely routing of referrals, high levels of customer service, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
