Requirements

• Confident guiding conversations and answering questions.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a busy front desk.

• Comfortable with scheduling software, phones, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: greet patients warmly, manage check in and check out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and answer calls.
• Support new patients: provide clear information, answer questions with confidence, and help people take the next step toward getting the care they need.
• Keep the clinic running smoothly: maintain organized records, manage daily schedules, track supplies, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Represent TheraWest well: communicate with kindness, consistency, and integrity in every interaction inside and outside the clinic.
• Support a great patient experience: make sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and valued from their first visit to their last.
