The Patient Services Specialist performs the reception, registration, insurance authorization, chart preparation, telephone triaging, and co-pay collection for the Medical Oncology practice. Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree --or-- Equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with emphasis in Health Care
  • 1 year of related experience in a healthcare setting (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.).
  • Experience with Epic
