About The Position

Full-Time Patient Service Specialist needed for our Valley Ortho Clinic! Eligible for Employee Referral Bonuses…refer a friend and earn $$$ GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties. Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
Bilingual preferred
Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills
Two years in a reception or clerical field.
