Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills
• Two years in a reception or clerical field.
