About The Position

Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative (Check-In/Check-Out & Call Center) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends Join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy multi-provider clinic. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out responsibilities as well as call center support. Position Overview The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous medical office or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple providers and a high patient volume
  • Proficient with computers and electronic medical records
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Dermatology experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures
  • Collect co-pays/deductibles
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
