About The Position

PRN Patient Service Specialist needed for our Valley Ortho Clinic! [https://www.vvh.org/images/panel/mainstage-valleyortho.jpg] GENERAL OBJECTIVES: 1. Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties. 2. Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. 3. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately. QUALIFICATIONS:  Education: High school diploma or equivalent.  Skills: Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills Bilingual preferred Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills  Experience: Two years in a reception or clerical field.  We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
