Requirements
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Orthodontic experience a plus
- Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient treatment visits
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions and requests
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily front office operations and patient flow
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
