About The Position
PRN (as needed) Patient Service Specialist needed for our Medical Oncology department! Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills
- Two years in a reception or clerical field.
