The Patient Services Specialist I performs routine front-end clinical operations activities, which include, but are not limited to: registration, cashiering, gathering and providing appropriate information, collecting co-pays, and answering the phones. The Patient Services Specialist I interacts with patients, families, clinicians, administrative staff, and third-party payers in a courteous and professional manner.
