The Patient Services Specialist (PSS) will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The job is divided into 'stations,' each with distinct job duties. PSS employees are expected to assist co-workers in performing all job duties at all times. All employees hired for this position will be expected to learn and perform all duties of all front office stations. Strong copywriting and editing skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to meet time-sensitive priorities. The role requires high organization and flexibility according to changing priorities, and includes performing other duties and projects as assigned.
