The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support the Cedar Park location (1401 Medical Pkwy Bldg C Suite 200 Cedar Park, Texas 78613) with occasional coverage for the Leander and Marble Falls locations. Typical work week is Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. This position can be a level 2 or Sr based on candidate experience. What does the Patient Services Representative do? Under general supervision, is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Responds to all incoming scheduling calls with timely and accurate resolutions. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
