Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls including scheduling, cancellations, and general patient inquiries.
  • Support patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with medical records, scanning, and document organization.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient information in EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Verify insurance and understand HMO processes, ensuring patients are directed appropriately.
  • Uphold HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Utilize NextGen or similar EMR platforms when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and internal teams.
