The Patient Services Representative greets and registers patients in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, as well as instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. The Patient Services Representative receives payments from patients, issues receipts and posts payment data. Schedule: This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. The role includes a 37.5‑hour work week, structured as five 8‑hour shifts between 6:30 a.m. and closing (approximately 8:00 p.m.). Final scheduling and shift assignments will be determined by the supervisor upon hire. Location: 855 State Route 17M, Monroe, NY 10950
