This hybrid role provides support to behavioral health clinics located within schools across West Michigan. The position is mainly onsite during the school year, with remote work possible during school breaks. This role will primarily support Mason County Central High School in Scottsville, Michigan with potential to support other program sites as needed. It is part time 20 hours per week, three days a week about 6.5 hours per day during the school year. The School Based PSR role demands a high level of professionalism, organization, and exceptional communication skills. This position involves direct written and verbal interaction with patients, families, school and community partners, as well as collaboration with teammates and system staff. The role also requires the ability to work independently, managing responsibilities with minimal supervision while ensuring efficient coordination of care and a positive experience for all involved. As a Patient Services Representative with Corewell Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare service to our patients.
