Responsibilities

Greet patients professionally
Provide services in the Front Office, including check-in and check-out
Room patients, take vitals, chart, facilitate care with provider during exams
Answer a multi-line phone
Check insurance eligibility
Schedule patient appointments
Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to medical assistants or other clinical staff
Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
Perform various administrative duties such as processing medical records and test results
Other projects/duties as directed
