About The Position

Position details: full-time 5 days per week, day shift 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekends are required, unless needed due to increased volumes. Hybrid position - only need to be onsite for bi-monthly mandatory staff meetings and other possible onsite meetings as required. Training runs 4-6 weeks long and the first 1-2 weeks are 100% onsite. Job Summary Organizes and directs day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services through the utilization of standard work. Provides leadership and guidance to clerical team members. Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads team in workflow processes and may provide input to performance feedback process if/when necessary.
  • Problem-solves for other Patient Service Representatives team members in department/practice.
  • Serves as a point of contact for Providers in identifying and escalating operational issues.
  • Oversees and manages productivity, performance and quality metrics.
  • Perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate, Intermediate and Senior roles when necessary.
  • Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
