About The Position

Position details: full-time 5 days per week, day shift 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No weekends are required, unless needed due to increased volumes. Hybrid position - only need to be onsite for bi-monthly mandatory staff meetings and other possible onsite meetings as required. Training runs 4-6 weeks long and the first 1-2 weeks are 100% onsite. Job Summary Organizes and directs day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services through the utilization of standard work. Provides leadership and guidance to clerical team members. Requirements

Responsibilities

Leads team in workflow processes and may provide input to performance feedback process if/when necessary.
Problem-solves for other Patient Service Representatives team members in department/practice.
Serves as a point of contact for Providers in identifying and escalating operational issues.
Oversees and manages productivity, performance and quality metrics.
Perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate, Intermediate and Senior roles when necessary.
Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
