OC Patient Services Representative, Float Pool (Full-Time/Days)
About The Position
Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is looking for full-time Patient Service Representatives to for a full-time role in our Float Pool. This is an employed and benefited role where a person to travels to all OMC clinics and locations. This includes travel to downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and our senior health center in Bellevue This role is essential at welcoming our patients and helping the clinic run efficiently. The right person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Full-time/40 hours per week Monday - Friday clinic hours 8 hour day shift
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
