Serves as a role model by adhering to Silver Cross Hospital core values and supports these behavior expectations from team members. Acts as first level contact point for escalation requests and is seen by team members as the departmental subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Ability to care for patients with compassion and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge required, Cerner experience preferred.
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
  • Excellent phone and customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred.
  • Cerner experience preferred.
