The Patient Services Manager is responsible for management of all daily administrative operations, while maintaining excellent customer service and high standards of quality. The Patient Services Manager maintains the achievement of financial targets by ensuring full capacity of schedules for all departments. The Patient Services Manager works to coordinate within the Finance department to ensure accuracy, increasing reimbursement.
