Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with a strong focus on patient experience Coach and develop teams to deliver warm, professional, concierge-level service Ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey Healthcare experience not required — full training provided
Requirements
- 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
- Proven success managing performance metrics and outcomes
- Experience leading performance conversations and coaching individuals
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver patient-first, concierge-style care
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow challenges efficiently
- Support patient education and clearly communicate available services
- Monitor performance metrics and coach teams toward goals and standards
