Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Patient Services Manager 2, at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital located in Baltimore, MD . MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is a 180 bed faith based facility, functioning as a community teaching hospital specializing in rehabilitation, geriatrics, and other services, though exact counts vary slightly by source. Reporting to the General Manager, the Patient Services Manager will support and oversee the patient dining program, "At Your Request", the ideal candidate will manage and direct frontline staff and ensure food quality while providing the highest level of customer and client satisfaction. evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction; oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery; collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience; perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy; exceed Sodexo standards for successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
