About The Position

Grow Your Career and Make a Difference Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA . Allentown is the fastest-growing major city in Pennsylvania and just a short drive from Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love.” This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of 20–25 Sodexo frontline associates while overseeing all aspects of the patient meal program to ensure compliance and enhance the patient experience. Coordinate tasks through subordinate supervisors and frontline staff. Deliver high-quality food services in patient meal management operations. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals. Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships. Create and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence. Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards compliance. Interact daily with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure satisfaction. Foster a positive environment that supports employee engagement and performance. What You Bring A proven track record of employee engagement leadership and prior supervisory experience. Culinary production experience with a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and professionalism. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to drive employee success to enhance the food and nutrition team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements

  • A proven track record of employee engagement leadership and prior supervisory experience.

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
